4. Class Registration, Waiver, and Payment

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register for paid yoga classes offered through the Website, you must: (i) be at least 21 years of age; (ii) provide accurate personal information including your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document, date of birth, residential address, and contact information; and (iii) accept the Terms of Participation, Voluntary Release, Waiver, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity ("Waiver") presented during the registration process.

4.2 Waiver and Assumption of Risk

As a condition of participating in any paid yoga class, you are required to read and accept the Waiver presented during the online registration process. By accepting the Waiver, you acknowledge that yoga involves inherent risks of physical injury, you voluntarily assume those risks, and you release YogZen LLC and its instructors, employees, and agents from liability. The full text of the Waiver is presented during the registration process and constitutes a legally binding agreement.

4.3 Payment

After completing the registration and waiver on the Website, you will be directed to contact us directly to finalize your enrollment. Payment terms, accepted methods, and applicable fees will be communicated and agreed upon between you and us outside of this Website. We accept various forms of payment as communicated to you during the enrollment process. All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. No payment or financial information is collected, processed, or stored through this Website.

4.4 Refund Policy

Refund requests may be submitted by contacting us at contact@prasadyogawellness.com. Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We are not obligated to provide refunds for classes already attended or for unused portions of a subscription period.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered in Santa Clara County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than through arbitration, both you and YogZen LLC waive any right to a jury trial.

13.4 Time Limitation

Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website and Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
